Why would you want to publically reveal such sensitive information?
Well I guess it is illegal, it's atleast here in germany(you're not even allowed to save IP addresses here).
(you're not even allowed to save IP addresses here)
That's stupid
Well I guess it is illegal, it's atleast here in germany(you're not even allowed to save IP addresses here).
No idea how the law actually works, but I save people's IPs on my VPS which is in Germany.
Well, so far it's only illegal if you don't get the user to agree, that you save his ip address. If that's not the case, anyone living in germany could sue you. The reason for that was that some ISP's saved the ip address and access logs from their user and then created a profile, like what the user likes/dislikes. That profile was then sold to advertisement companys. They even want to ban google analytics, if that's going on, we will become the new china.
I love the German rules, the government and police are allowed to wire-tap etc, while people running servers aren't allowed to even store an IP without first warning the customer. Still, it's only an IP, there's no real issue IMO.

Lucky just downloading an ad, is the same as consenting. (Most behavioral tracking/learning/whatever is opt-out not opt-in)
Laws are rarely enforced on the internet.
Laws are rarely enforced on the internet.
Except for Ninja.tv, The Pirate Bay (They were in Sweden, remember!), and tvshack.net, among thousands of others. :downs: [editline]07:24PM[/editline] Also this: http://torrentfreak.com/anti-piracy-group-stuns-the-world-with-torrent-site-massacre-100715/ And this: http://torrentfreak.com/u-s-authorities-shut-down-wordpress-host-with-73000-blogs-100716/ :downs::downs:

Highly illegal, I know in Europe you can literally be raped by all sorts of privacy laws. Yes, laws will actually perform anal sex on your person without your willing consent. I'm also curious as to why you'd want to do such a thing, and I'm sure everyone would appreciate it if you were to post some more details on that proxy of yours so everyone can avoid your shitty service.
Laws are rarely enforced on the internet.
Learn to read [editline]edit[/editline] :downs: That's all to do with the same topic. On topic, I don't see why you want to do this.
Well I guess it is illegal, it's atleast here in germany(you're not even allowed to save IP addresses here).
Actually that's not a german law, that's an EU one so applies to all EU countries.
Why would you want to do that? The people that used your proxy trusted you to protect their privacy, and now you want to do the opposite?
