When I install ncurses under cygwin, it does not appear to install. I have tried manually doing the configuration, making, and installing, and also have used cygwins package install. Neither method works, as Ncurses still (appears) to not work. Thanks in advance.
Don't worry, ncurses just inherently has a bad case of the "doesn't work" bug.
Try PDcurses, works fine for me.
