Okay. So I have come up with an idea, and will start coding shortly.
Basically, GraTAC is short for "Graphical Text Adventure Creator", which is in idiot's terms is: "Da Tingy u use to maek de text games"
You make a stage/room, items in that room, a door(thing to use items on to get to the next room) and all of the actions that can be done to an item, an object, etc. If you have ever played [URL="http://thcnet.net/zork/"]Zork[/URL], Adventure, or any other old text-based game, you get the drift. Now, there are things like Quest, which are web, or otherwise based tools to make those kinds of games, but they are confusing to me, and this project is mainly focused on getting my Python straight, not making people have awesome text-based games. At least, for now it is..

Storyline editor(allows branching stories?)
GUI(Non-console editor, probably going to be made in Tkinter, also this is a requirement for most editors.)
API
Git/SVN/Whatever hosting
Ability to switch between console and graphical modes
