First, let me give you a quick summary about what my site it.
You are able to sign up and create up to 4 of your own comic-series. Then you are able to upload pages to your comics, like a comic book. I made this since a couple of my friends said the idea was pretty good. Anyway, the site has many features, and 2 of those is a private messaging system and a subscribing system. What I want to do is send a PM to each user who is subscribed to a certain user who made a new comic-series or uploaded a new comic page. But I'm not sure how I would achieve so. Would I use a for loop? While loop? I'm pretty sure it would be a for loop, but I'm not the best in PHP.

I'd link the site if the design wasn't so shitty. I'm somewhat good at art but certainly not at website design.
And I'll look more into for loops, never gotten around to studying them.
