Looking to hire a good web designer for a Gmod Loading Screen - Developers

Well I know people will always say it is better to learn myself and people get made if others ask to hire but might as well give it a shot anyways... I help run a server and we have had the same old Garry's Mod loading screen for a really long time. So basically I want to get a new one. [B][U]Here is a checklist of stuff we want in it:[/U][/B] To display the persons Steam Name Steam Profile Picture Steamid The current map that they are loading A different song every time they load (we would make a selection) A nice looking logo preferably centered at the top (can be changed if u have a good design) The last time they joined A cool abstract design for a background Some funny phrases and tips that fade in and out that can be easily customized And a spot to include our rules and stuff like that [B]I'll pay[/B] I can pay in Paypal or Steam stuff about $0 (if you are very nice) to about $15-ish. Also it doesn't Have to be html it can also be php I want those things but let you imagination run wild with it and make something awesome. That's probably about 5-10 hours work and that's without changes based on your feedback which always adds much more time. You might want to revise your budget.

For example, showing "The last time they joined" requires writing an addon and storing values in a database. Out of interest how much did they ask for their 2 hours of work?

This guy was rude the entire time and instead of offering revisioning to his liking, he told me just to quit and gave me $5 on PayPal. :V Edit: He also agreed to the $25 beforehand, just to clarify.

tip : never get hired from facepunch webdev forum unless its about $20/hr. even then it's low.

People don't know what things cost on this site period.

Considering I earn an equivalent of 55 USD / Hr and I'm not even that great in comparison to the guys on this board... I think this guy is honestly taking the p***. I wish people would consider the following facts that if you're expecting to pay low hourly rate equivalent to that of an unskilled job which anyone could do (in theory) then you are in essence saying it's more or less in the same "league". So why don't you just do it yourself...
