I have been backing up files a lot and nothing has ever happened to my hard drive or anything, i probably have backed up almost everything on my computer, well except games or course and i was thinking, Is it really worth it. I'm sure it is but sometimes i wonder.
Shit happens sometimes its just not all to common. But I would only backing up data that is of importance and is not easily replaceable like Business files or important school work.

yeah, that is a lot that i back up, i do business on my computer and also a lot of computer gaming.
