I have this extreme weird problem in Visual Web Developer, when i make a label inside a repeater it gives me this error:
Element 'Label' is not a known element. This can occur if there is a compilation error in the Web site, or the web.config file is missing.
I have done it a million times before without this error, and suddenly it gives me that error.
I have tried Google it, but none of the solutions help...
Stop using Visual Web Developer, and develop your sites by hand.
Problem solved.

That eliminates the problem, it doesn't solve it.
Why, thank you, Captain Obvious. :suicide:

It's like someone saying their car wont work and you telling them to walk. It doesn't fix their car.
Ok, tell me this. Does the robots, that assembled the car in the first place, ever stop working because it doesn't recognize one of the wheels? Didn't think so.
Using IDE's for webdevelopment, especially an IDE from Microsoft, is retarded.

Who cares? It isn't your problem. He may have reasons for using it.

I can only think of one reason. He's a retard without skills. It is my problem, because he asked for help, and I say - don't bother.

The only retard in this thread is you. It would be your problem if he asked you specifically, but he didn't, so telling him to use a different program is stupid. Sure, it may not be the best choice with how he designs his sites but it's his choice on what he want's to use.

I totally agree with you.

I use Visual Web Dev at work and can assure you it's got its uses.

Try coding emails using nested tables and then tell me how useless a design view is. ;)

I've been there and done that. Sublime text + a browser.
