What?
This is your thread translated 30 times back and forth between random languages and English:
"Hello, we are a step in the morning, Dreamweaver, the more efficient, more advanced, efficient, and when they want to hear, Dreamweaver web editor, the Church, when the number is naive if you think"
This makes more sense than what you have written, let me very politely suggest you start writing at least somewhat properly
I think he wants to make a list of people who uses Notepad to write in HTML?
Hey, Dreamweaver line advanced encryption, and the United States and many other issues come back if the case is the raising of children, and blue sample editing Dreamweaver documents!

Well I don't think you understand that pretty much any web developer will not use the design view in Dreamweaver to create websites..
There isn't any problem with using the code view in Dreamweaver, it's handy and a lot of developers use it, I don't however use it though as it's pretty bulky and there is several annoying things in it which would need to be disabled before I could even begin to start using it such as the auto closing for tags.
Plus there is many different programs which people use to write HTML, and if you simply use Notepad to write it then you should really look into the alternatives such as Notepad++ which offers syntax highlighting or even the Dreamweaver code view which I already mentioned.
I have Notepad++ the reason i use notepad AND NOT ADOBE STUFF becuse they cost so much money.

Dreamweaver's code view is pretty much the same as Notepad++ as it includes syntax highlighting but offers additional features such as word suggestions and connecting to an FTP without the need of switching between the program and the FTP manager.
Also why would you make a thread slating Dreamweaver if you don't have any knowledge on it? :l
