So I'm coordinating (and paying for :/) a replacement to Fpsbanana. Now some of you coders may not know what that is, but basically it's a site all about customization of FPS's that has recently turned to shit (like putting viruses in ads, making nazi content rules etc...). The idea of FPSpapaya is the same, but without the ads and really strict upload rules. Because you're coders and probably impatient, here's some ideas and what we absolutely need for this thing to actually work:
Color Scheme idea:

A user system.
An uploading system that allows for pictures as well as a displayed readme.
Pages and sub-pages for each game.
Search.
Member-Comments system.
And I guess that's pretty much it. Forums as piss-easy, and I'll set those up myself for people creating threads about their work.

The point is FPSB is gay as shit right now, and we're setting out to just steal their users. It is an alternative, as it will not have content submission rules as strict as FPSB. THEY HAD THIS COMING.

And in the long run you're planning to just pay the bills yourself? Hard to believe. That is why they have advertisement.
Do not underestimate what people will donate to if they visit it regularly (ie. me and SA). And yes, I'll just cut back on some other things in life in order to see a quality website through to the end.
I am also hoping on helping out with the funding if I can get this job sometime this week.
I worked on a FPSKiwi logo for the fun of it. I may dabble in Dreamweaver a bit and see what I can come up with as far as a layout goes but don't expect anything more. I can just make cells in Dreamweaver and jam images into them and some basic HTML so we still need a programmer.

Another member of FPSB and I have been talking, and it's not out of the question for someone to actually get paid to design this for us. PM me with your resume if you're interested, and we'll talk some more about it.
Where it has the question mark, I think the comments should be on that side so the page isn't so long.

Yeah, it was just a shame that me and the people I was working with lost motivation for it. The idea generated little tid-bits of interest but not enough for me to roll with it.
