A question I have... - Developers

Hi there, I was looking at reactos(very nice os)and they said they can let you use the source code.I was happy that they said that.The problem was they said it was in C.I do not program in C.I only program in FreeBASIC.So I was wondering, is there anyway to convert/translate the C code into FreeBASIC. No. And I doubt there would be much you could do with it anyway.

Sincerely, Athrun[/QUOTE]There is no program that can take C code and convert it to readable FreeBASIC code, the best you could theoretically get would be a direct translation which would give you C code disguised as FreeBASIC (And I still doubt that you could do this) If you want to play around with ReactOS you'll need to learn C.

Do you also know low level OS programming? If you don't, I don't think you'll get very far with ReactOS.

Learn C. I daresay it is more useful than *BASIC
