Videos on game development? - Developers

Hey im hoping someone on here can help me find videos on game development They can be documentaries, tutorials, simple videos... Id rather it be about C++ Dont mind if there free or paid, CBT, VTC, youtube vids... (this would probably only apply to the tutorials) FYI for those that think "oh why waste a thread just for this" i thought this would be beneficial for quite a few people from newbies that want to learn to people that are thinking about going professional

3DBuzz.com has some nice onces for c++ game coding. It's fairly basic though.

I'm not sure I understand how a video is going to help you program. It's all text, anyway. However, google around for "OpenCourseWare". A number of big universities post their course materials online for anyone to learn from. Some have video lectures. I don't know anything about that course in particular, but the page says it's on algorithms and theory, which is all good stuff. Speed is always important in game development, and it results from good understanding of algorithms.

I just didn't know if you wanted videos that related specifically to [i]games[/i], or if general programming videos (which apply equally well to game programming/development) would do.

Has anyone seen or know of any documentaries, movies, series about programming? even better game development
