Nah they are reselling OVH hardware, IPs don't lie.
Dutch host which doesn't even use a Dutch datacenter which is their own.
Also I thought OVH didn't allow reselling of kimsufi servers unless you were in the UK or France.

You can't buy from them directly, but you can buy from yet another reseller, then resell. Pretty dumb, but you can do it.
