Hello people of Web Development section. Right now I am in the process of setting up my Minecraft news blog. It talks about all the latest mods for servers, servers that everyone should play on, skins that are popular, and so on. I could go out and get a free Joomla theme but it would just not have a Minecraft feel to it. So I am here to ask if someone could make a theme for me. I don't have any money and I hope that someone would offer to help for free. If the site ever does make any money I would not mind passing some on to you.

Maybe. But it doesn't hurt to ask.
You might a well just find a friend that will be willing to help you. People on the internet will get bored easily and just leave the work to yourself. You have to attract them with some sort of GUARANTEED reward or benefit of some sort.
