It's our school project, it involved making a MIDI pad control animations on a 3D software. All made and programmed by me, even tho I am not visible in the video (I was filming)
You know, it doesn't seem like it's that far from being a Guitar Hero clone. Which would've been far more impressive TBH.
nice choice on the Daft Punk... *coughs* looks at my avatar
Is that the TF2 font? lol.
Awesome
Woah, really cool. Those balls are allot better than the jumping boxes that you showed before.
Woah, really cool. Those balls are allot better than the jumping boxes that you showed before.
wow, you've got a good memory :P I didnt even remember myself
I have 4GB memory. I remember stuff.
I have 4GB memory. I remember stuff.
DDR2 or DDR3?
haha ^ Question.... Why did you use blender? ( not saying thats bad )
It just looks to me like you're spawning some balls when you press a button. Which has nothing to do with the music? Not to detract from the work put in to make it work with the Midi controller or create the software. [editline]01:44PM[/editline] Then again I suppose if you used the Midi panel for live music at the same time I suppose you achieve a nice visualization effect. Nice Job.
ddr2 or ddr3?
ddr3
ddr3
You killed the joke. OT: Very nice, where are you hoping to go with this?
Is it just spawning balls? Or does he have to do it when commanded by the program?
Haha, the kid sitting at the computer closed out of the porn at 1:15, when you moved the camera over near the screen.
Haha, the kid sitting at the computer closed out of the porn at 1:15, when you moved the camera over near the screen.
Actually, both screens were showing the same thing [editline]12:59AM[/editline]
haha ^ Question.... Why did you use blender? ( not saying thats bad )
I'm using Blender because it has its own game engine with nice shader effects and bullet physics, and it's very customizable using python, in fact i made the midi program run on every frame, catch the input (there is a master script which talks to the children scripts who administrate a cube each) and run the actions. [editline]01:00AM[/editline]
Is it just spawning balls? Or does he have to do it when commanded by the program?
He just presses on the midi table following the rythm
TBH everyone who looked at it was probably amazed, even if all you did was use the pad and it spawned balls.
TBH everyone who looked at it was probably amazed, even if all you did was use the pad and it spawned balls.
but it's cool
TBH everyone who looked at it was probably amazed, even if all you did was use the pad and it spawned balls.
You think it's just that?
You think it's just that?
Is it not?
time it properly then make a video i hate watching it off because it's off beat it looks stupid imo
