Hey, over the next three weeks I'll be doing [U][B]free[/B][/U] PHP / HTML / CSS work.
I've already done some free work for ESFServers.com.
I'm rather good at PHP, and HTML, also CSS. I'll do most work for free dependent on if it's a big project (over five hours) of work, if so you can send me 10$ and I'll be fine.
If you don't have the funding, I'll accept VIP or the equivalent on your server, if you so wish.
