my friend is building a website for hosting game servers and would like to know how to recreate the scrolling bar for games like what steam has on its store page for feature games. if anyone could give me some ideas that would be great some similar code would be very appreciated.

please don't override the default scrollbar. it was horrible back in 1999 and it's horrible now.
I think he means an image slider.
Actually Steam's slider is pretty unique, you'd have to make your own.
