New social networking site in need of php programmer

I'm mainly a web/graphic design, i have recently recruited one other team member for design and minor php programming, i know basic php but it would be helpful to have a fulltime php coder on our team, someone who can do most of the backend etc. You will be helped by myself and the other programmer, and once the site takes off you will be compensated for your work, and continuous work on the site, updates, bug fixes etc. I can't go into detail right now of what the site is but if you're interested let me know and i will discuss it with you whether or not you're able to join our team.
My skype is : antid2
Thanks,
TJ
I'd also like to add if you're interested in another position, designer, programmer, whatever your skill set is, let me know and i may be interested.
I would ALSO like to add that i have mock-up layouts, and SOME designs done for some pages, still working.
You will want to at least post if you are providing compensation for services.

I think that explains it, if not let me know what other details to include

Oh sorry, I overlooked that. Usually, developers will want compensation up front, at least to some amount.
Either way, good luck!
sorry if you want anyone to take you seriously you'll have to pay up front

I think its more of a fun project with the possibility of paying out

Sort of, it's more of a group project looking for individuals to join, having a team, and hopefully having the project take off
The only way I see people working for free with promise of future payment, dependent on the success of the project is if you had a small business plan and were actually a registered business, such as an LLC.
You would probably also want to entice them more with a promise of a certain percentage of the business. You are asking them to work for free after all.
I'm not criticizing you, I'm just supply you with some tips and feedback, I am currently doing something similar.
Thank you i appreciate it, just figured i'd post here and see if there's any takers
Is the position for ideas guy still open?

Could always be useful :)
I'd consider it if I was awarded 51% of the company with no vesting period.
