The thread title says it all. I'd like to start programming, and I know there are a lot of good books out there. I just wanted you guys to point me 3-4 good C# books to start with, if possible.
Thanks in advance! :D
C# Station! :D

This is a good one.
It's not a book for beginners, but once you get comfortable with C#, C# in Depth is a fantastic book
Thanks a lot, guys! I'll check them out ASAP :)

This book isn't for beginners, but it explains a LOT of useful different programming techniques and helps you to get into good habits. Even if you don't understand everything in this book, it's very useful to have.
Though Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs focuses more on Lisp, it's a must for any dedicated programmer to read. It really helps you understand how everything works.
Thank you so much, guys! [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/rating/heart.png[/img]'s for you all :D
I always have my copy of Programming Microsoft Visual C# 2008: The Language on hand if I need it. I covers basic C# concepts like classes, inheritance, and exceptions to stuff like linq, msil, and reflection.
Heads up C# might be worth it. I was at Barnes and Noble and almost bought it.
