Now, I'm a total zero in web development/CSS/HTML/Whatever, so I asked my friend to make me a web page based on a template I made:

Can someone of you web gurus here fix the page, so that the links are always in the middle, no matter the screen resolution.

Also I'm not sure what you meant by that. Remove the hyperlinks on the icons?
Just delete the <a href="stuff"> and </a> from around your icons. That will remove the link.
