How to make a textbox show SQL content C#

Hey guys, I have a report system for my server that saves stuff into a SQL table, I need to know how I can make a text box show the content of the database. Add me on Steam or MSN for more info and to help me.

I have a rich text box and I need it to print out the contents of my SQL table, in my table I have the id, report and the time of report, I need it so every 20 seconds it searches in the SQL table and if it finds them it will print them out like this.
time: id sent in a report: report

So if I sent one it it would show like
11/4/10: Wilki sent in a report: He is being a minge

also if they is more than 1 it will print it out on seperate lines.
