I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I was wondering if someone could help me with my access form:

How would I make it so that when the user say clicks 'View Personal Details' it takes you to another form showing you the personal details of the specific user shown at the top? And when I click the arrows at the bottom to scroll through the users, it does the same to them?
