Seriously. I fucking hate it how outlook just pops up and then starts doing its gay shit. Then I gotta close outlook. Why can't google like make mailto 2.0 or something and have it have what client to use, The Standard one on your PC or a Web-Client (GMAIL).

You're a moron. This isn't some kind of universal thing, it's a browser setting. Just fucking Google it to see how to change it if it angers you so much. I set Firefox to GMail easily. Also, just to add to the dumbness of your thread, this doesn't even relate to programming.
