Looking to assemble a coding team - BIG PROJECT

Hi,

I am looking to assemble a coding team of several members, No you will not be payed, The idea is a file uploading and sharing website.
With mega upload gone, and media fire festering with advertisements, and all the other file sharing websites festering with advertisements, There's no where left.
With my site you will be able to upload/download/share/browse all files on the database, I can host ALL the servers, Money is not an issue.

Note: I will NOT be paying coders, And coder helping will be VERY VERY much appreciated.

I my self don't code HTML or PHP. More information about the project will be below:

Each user will have to register in order to upload files, Each user will get there own profile showing all there files and allowing other users to browse and download there files. The home page will show an up to date list about recently uploaded files. Copyright protection should/will hopefully be put in place to prevent..Well, you know what. At the moment I am calling it "Filebook" I trust you all see where I got the name from, I got the idea from the VERY well known social networking site "Facebook". i think you should hire me over the guy who posted before because i can make pages in a more completely professional way.i do use the tables technique to the pages to and them are always perfect.everything is designed by me in using software like flash and then i move everything in to the html.you will love my work but i do no money back guarantee because i dont live in an area of the city that is rich enough

I value your time a lot, I am EXTREMELY greatful for those that want/will help. There will be adminstrators/moderators on the site to keep things in order. If the site starts to produce revenue, Along side funding the servers, Each coder will get a cut of the revenue. Nobody gets left behind.

Do we have to make this a priority in our lives - so, basically - living off baked beans on toast and conforming to strict deadlines; all the while having a promise of "revenue" as return if and only if, the site makes money?

Who are ur main competitors?
What kind of share will u give these programmers? What role will these programmers play if the company grows? Who will be CEO?
How will u handle copyright claims? Who is responsible if the company gets sued? How will u protect these programmers from being sued if they have a share in ur company?

i made a upload site, with all this, sign in, and register stuff, but i hosted it on the free hosting site, so they deleted my account, and my site. but if you have got, hosting, and the domain, i could set it up again for max 4-5 hours, just PM me. But we will need someone else to do HTML, design stuff. because im not very good at designing, im just programming.

Mega upload was great but there's a reason its not there anymore like hosting pirates programs, ripped movies and stuff. Not that I'm against screwing over the big money bloated companies but ask your self this

I was thinking of using Pure C instead of PHP and MySQL, I know what you are saying, it's risky.

but we will get performance using void * to make everything universal so it will be easy to add to the website.

I was thinking of making procedural tables in HTML using c printf.

so this would be a good idea, better than php.
