Website job, simple and easy - Developers

I need help setting up a website, its a fairly simple job if im not mistaken. [B]The requirements of the website[/B] Home page which is basically just a information page Contact page with contact information [B]Design[/B] The design part is also going to be minimalistic, should not take main "focus" from the reader. The design should appeal to health & care (Hospital, doctor, etc) Example: [URL]http://www.oslo-universitetssykehus.no/Sider/side.aspx[/URL] (Just a idea) [B]Payment[/B] With my insight, its fairly simple job? Ill pay 20 USD (114 Kr) [B] Other [/B]I have no clue what to do, so a part of the "job" is to successfully set it up and get it running for me. And it has to be .no (as everything will be in Norwegian) Thanks!

You probably can't even buy one of those off the shelf templates for that money. It could easily take 4-5 hours work to find web hosting, sort out a domain and DNS stuff alone. If you went to a webdesign company for a bespoke design and entire setup like this you're probably looking at over $750 at minimum.

Well, hosting and domain setup is something i probably could do myself, just need some advice and such. Ive found a place that sells a domain for 179 kr a year (25-27 usd) or something. Would be that hard to have just 2 pages and a simple design behind it?

What is this for? You need an org. number if you want to register a .no domain. And yes, $20 is far too low.

The website is just going to a place to direct people who require oration in medicinal research, where they will find information and contact information.

Even in my poor-ass ultra cheap and badly underpayed country such a website (without webhost or domain) would cost 115$ at the least.

Well, thank you everyone for answering me at last, but ive found someone that would do it for me. I was kinda dumb thinking 100 kr would make anyone do it. Im paying 500 kr for the job + helping the guy with some chores, hes moving in nearby. So maybe the site will be up in a week or 2, ill post the link when its done.
