Yep, but after that convo, you also said the server has 8 Gb ram, so which is it? too much mixed info for me to trust your hosting. 40 GB, 8 GB or 4 GB?

Having your webhosting orders be processed manually is usually a bad idea because then people will be sitting there going 'where the fuck is my website'.
I'm kinda sorry to put it like this, but I think brohoster kinda beats you guys on presentation and the appearance of service.
I mean seriously, you look like you've used a template for the frontpage and your live service button is making me have to use a horizontal scroll which shows poor css usage.
And I don't want some damn popup asking if I want to talk to some guy for help, I should have to pick that myself not have it forced onto me.
Your TOS has punctuation and grammar mistakes everywhere, it makes little sense and to me looks like someone who doesn't have a clue what they are talking about wrote it.
Oh and you didn't even bother to change the WHMCS template so it looks generic, you lost my interest right there.
