May I ask how you even got to the page scrolling part? I've tried it on Chrome and IE, both have successfully disabled the scrolling (or 'hidden' it).

But maybe this will work:

the issue was that on lower resolutions (I know for a fact the issue doesn't appear on 1080p) it will happen. Let me check to see if either of those fixed it.
