I posted it long ago, was moderately different, but just resumed the project.
Pro-tip: Everything on the page doesn't need a drop shadow.
Design isn't an arbitrary process, there should be a purpose behind every decision you make. A valid reason to put a drop shadow on an element would be that you want to add more depth to it or make it stand off the page a bit to grab people's attention. To me your drop shadows feel more like "hey this button makes my design look more intricate so I'll click it". While you're designing you should be constantly asking yourself what purpose all your different decisions serve.
The brown text just doesn't do it for me, the font and color choice just isn't right.

The positioning as well is wacky.
I think the Home, Support, etc. tabs should be smaller. Looks like a lot of wasted space.
