It was a game where you program a bot and upload the .txt to the site where it would fight against others and be ranked on a leaderboard. It was posted here about a year ago but search cant find it. For awhile it had an exploit where you could repeat turning and firing functions to make a unhittable spam bot. The site had kind-of a funny name.
I don't remember the name but i think it was made by Robert64 or whatever.

I remember this... I would make one but it seems pointless if nobody is using it anymore
someone should make another one that has more features

Its tempting to have a go at this, but something involving cells instead of bots
File->another new project..
If anyone can just come up with a good concept, that's the hard part.
I had a high score bot for a week or so before an update.
