C++, and if that's too hard for you, then LUA.
But your talking about homebrew right? You can't just go making your own PSP games unless you are a licensed developer.
This also really didn't need it's own thread and would fit better here

Welcome to Facepunch.
You should try out this site I used to go on called gbatemp, there are a big homebrew community and could give you a lot of tips and help.
Well technically you can make psp homebrew, though I'm not sure if discussing that here is okay. The PSP can run Lua Python Javascript Java and maybe a few more...

Of course discussing homebrew here is allowed, discussing things like "illegal backups", where to get them, etc, probably not so much.
Homebrew is perfectly legal because you own the device, may void your warranty though :D
I recommend using this library if you want to make it easy on yourself.
Doesn't this support PSP too http://www.playstation.com/psm/developer/index_e.html ?
Please tell me you have at least a basic knowledge of programming, the biggest mistake most people do is think they can just jump in and make a game straight away. You need to at least know basic programming rules and OOP basics
i have a feeling this is a 10-11 year old who doesn't know basic programming, if the OP did, they wouldn't ask what programming language allows them to program a game. Which in this case normally is c++

Hey hey hey, that's misleading, you can quite easily jump right in and make a cmd console game!
on a psp?
point taken i just don't see the point for it
You shouldn't tell beginners to quit because they don't know what they're doing.
It's the blind intrest that keeps people focused while staring. Take that away and they won't get far enough to produce anything.

never said for the op to quit, stop assuming

Oh the irony of you telling him to "stop assuming" when you assumed the OP's age and programming skill

no i didn't assume if i assumed I would of fucking said I ASSUME, it is a type of assumption, however being that it is a feeling it is not a solid assumption there is a difference.

I'm going to go ahead and assume this is exactly what you did when you had a feeling, you have no proof of his age or skill.
