That website uses [url=http://www.glype.com/]Glype[/url], which is PHP. You can either find an ASP.NET proxy script, write your own, or just use an [URL="http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_iframe.asp"]iframe[/URL] (not anonymous or anything).
Oh I thought that someone made a browser in ASP.NET :V
