Anyone similar with IP.Nexus (custom actions) from InvisionPower?

So with the addon for IPBoard; IP.Nexus. I have custom actions setup for when someone purchases something. So basically it works for the initial purchase (running the action), but when it renews (after 30 days or whenever it is set to renew) it bills the client, but does not run the action again.

I submitted a ticket with them; yes my license is valid and active. But this operation is outside their scope of support. I made a topic as well with their client support forums (peer2peer support), but the topic has gone ignored for over a week... figured I would try my luck here as well :P

What kind of action are you trying to make?
Like an internal forum change or something external like Rcon?

basically upon purchase it enters a little bit of information to give the person in game currency as a side perk for purchasing... that part works. but upon renew of the sub it doesnt rerun.
