[I][B]On a serious note though[/B][/I]: People aren't going to just 'volunteer'. This isn't a free world unfortunately. If it were a non-profit organization: maybe, but in-this case since you're making revenue from it, hell no. Name a price you're willing to pay and maybe someone will offer.

So what exactly do you want these "volunteers" to do? Because after glancing at your website (specifically your "About" page) I get the impression you want them to "make websites" for your clients... Why exactly would people volunteer their valuable time to develop products for you to proft from? That's just absurd. Your website also has a number of issues which would also be rather offputting to myself as a potential client including but not limited to grammar, spelling, contradictions and lack of basic security (and understanding of such).
Volunteer? You understand "volunteer" means "A person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task."?
Why, as Gishank said, would anybody help you out for free, if you are going to profit from it?
You guys are right! Since now any people willing to help will get rewarded on behalf on how much time was spent on the project, and will be paid once a project is finished.

i'm confused about all this together... It seems like you are selling web templates. yet you have a darkRP job maker on your downloads page? And one of the pictures on the main page is the ReMax page? you need to change some stuff up yourself first.

On a serious note though: I thought people would help me design a cool profile page thingy I didnt expect to PAY people gosh. People mistaken that I wanted volunteers to help make me a profit by making designs, no! I need help making cool stuff so I can learn.
So is this site for educational purposes, or are you truly providing and selling services?

As i've stated I am professional in web designing and I do design for a profit, okay thats one.
Now I am not very good with php on the other hand, and I am asking people to help me make a learning project which happens to be a profile system. Not expect to pay people am I, I possibly misquote or people misunderstood.

Why not learn from the thousands of free tutorials online instead of expecting us to make you a profile system for free so you can learn PHP?
