• Programmable Backlit Keyboards?

I have been looking for a while now for programmable backlit keyboards. I found a Corsair Gaming RGB one for each individual key, but I am not really willing to pay that much money for a weekend project. I was wondering if any of you could recommend a keyboard with a single color led ( Perhaps that changes the price ) that I could program and mess around with. If there's no such thing as what I mentioned above, and I am talking complete smack, then what is the cheapest RGB keyboard I can find? Thanks in advance. P.S. by programmable, I don't necessarily mean the keyboard having buttons to program it on the spot, I mean something like this, where the user can program it via code: P.P.S. 200th post!
Corsair rgb range is the mainstream keyboard range that is programmable there are niche alternatives but most require you to actually build the led and its platform yourself. If you really want to do this and have decent software i would recommed the rgb range from corsair i have one and the satisfaction recieved is well worth the money.
You may have already considered this option, but Corsair makes another RGB backlit keyboard called the K65 RGB which doesn't include the numpad. It's cheaper and quite a fun little toy to have, and from what I've seen there aren't many comparable RGB keyboards like it. In my opinion you may as well get a quality keyboard that you can really enjoy for a while rather than skimping out on something you'll probably be using for the next few years.
