Hey, we are looking for a web developer to work on a Garry's Mod Community called CarlRP. This is for multiple projects both small and large. More information below.

-Experience with integrating pages into SMF.
-Good with easy-to-use UI and attractive UI's.
-Experience with MySQL.

-You will be required to sign a NDA(non-disclosure agreement).
-Able to accept payment through paypal.
Payment will be discussed between the two of us because I pay for the level of skill and quality you output and there is no set price on that.

Admin Applications Page:
-Completely recreate UI and Back-end.
-Better UI.
-Bind to the user's forum account.
-A way for high ranking admins to view applications.
-The high ranking admin needs to be able to set a certain application as a possible candidate and then all admins will be able to view that application and leave their personal feedback with their views on it.
-A way to respond to the application so you can deny/accept and set reason for the applicant to see.
-Store to a MySQL database.

This is a brand new gamemode with original ideas and concepts. Being a developer means that you've got access to the developer part of the forum/website. This also includes access to some unreleased content that until they see the light of day is considered CarlRP Confidential.

Not looking to start an argument though. Just pointing out that your statement is even more immature than the statement you made it about.
Can we be paid in GMod RP money or crates of snipers?
I'm able to do what you need..few little tweaks to your list there though. i'm not nor would anyone sign an NDA for a community site..it's a gamemode, not EP3. And i'd prefer working on a pay per project basis, not a "show me what you made and i'll pay you based on how i feel about it", it would be easier for you to tell me what you need done, i give you a quote, you pay half before i start, and half after it's finished. OR i could be payed on an hourly basis, but i'm not sure you would want that kind of bill. if you're interested let me know via skype: antid2
