Plesk is fairly straightforward to install/setup if you have a basic understanding of how things work. The question you should ask yourself is wether running a VPS/dedicated box is the right thing for you if you don't have a basic understanding of what you're doing.
If you still wish to go ahead with it, I would happily set it up (and configure basic settings to your needs) presuming you pay a fee for my time. I can be contacted over steam under "Gishank", and details can be worked out there.
