The only hint I've been given is; "you need the word square to decrypt it back to base64 and then you need to decrypt it with base64 to an string", but I have no idea how to do this. I'm not really a techy person....
If anyone could help me out with this I'd be forever grateful.

A friend of mine has made a script on ScriptFodder. However, he also leaked that script, but then with that thing hidden in it with a text that you should try to decode it and report to him. As soon as you message him about that, he will know you use leaks. He told me about it. Since then I 've been trying to decode it, for the fun of it.

make a 5x5 square with the letters, read from bottom right upwards then move to the column to the left
