So, I have a really small team. I mean we are about 4 people, and we need more web designers and programmers. Sadly it seems impossible to find them, especially since things like Freelancer.com is just exploded with foreigners who speak broken english. I am just looking for a programmer to fit in a team, and help out. Im just here to ask, where can I find a good programmer? Which sites would you use?
We have been offering $70 bucks an hour, I dont think this is too bad of pay honestly, but offer your opinion.

I'd try checking out StackOverflow Careers, because I think you can search for people on there to some degree.
