This has seriously been bugging me for some time now as a Chrome (and sometimes Firefox) user, and now its been annoying me to the point where I just have to ask.
For some reason, though start pages, settings, and new tabs work on both browsers, all webpages always get stuck in a loading loop and never actually load. So far the only real fix I know of is a crapton of reboots, and even then it goes back to this annoying state after another shut down.
Anyone got any insight as to whats wrong? Help would be much appreciated.
What does speedtest.net say?
I remember I twice had a problem like that.
The way I fixed it first time was to install ccleaner and cleared most browser related data.
(Apart from passwords.)

Both seemed to work...
