IIS won't allow bz2 files to be accessed?

Not sure if this is the right section or not but this is my first time using IIS. The thing seems really easy to use and simple. I am liking it. I just can't get it to allow users to download BZ2 files. Whenever you click on it I get the error of the file or directory not being found? I tried unblocking certain paths but it didn't work

Sorted. Figured out MIME types and got it working.
For future reference for anyone else with this issue here is an example:
