ULX?, How can I make it so I can have multiple groups at once?

I want this so people don't just resort to applying as an admin in my server in order to get donator perks, I want to be able to give them an Admin and a donator group at the same time...

I got experience with ULX,
Just type !menu, goto groups or whatever its called
Add group,
Set power, and name
