Need Help. trying to make player float downwards with free movement while floating down.

Well as you guys read in the description I am new to the gmod lua and i was wondering if theres a simple way to make a player float down and is able to move freely while floating down. I tried multiple ways but my player always ends up floating upwards :p maybe im using the wrong method, i do not know.
