Resident Evil 5 owners who are capable of ripping models requested.

Okay, here's the deal. I really want to rip the airboat model used in the wetlands part of Resident Evil 5. Now I do own the game and have tried to run it through 3D Ripper DX but no matter what, I can't get it to run. Note that it's the Steam version.
I just don't know what to do anymore, so I would like to ask people who have experience with this to explain how I could run the Steam version with the ripper, or that someone could maybe even rip it for me. If the latter is chosen I would like to add that it is not required that you make it into a prop or vehicle for Source or anything, all I want is the mesh (preferably in .obj or .smd) and textures. I'll do the rest myself.
Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to help me out.
You'd need to use the global monitoring mode to rip it if you're using Steam. It's the button at the bottom called "Start Global Monitoring Mode" or whatever. I don't think it works on 64-bit systems, though.
I think you can start it with dxripper by using the steam shortcut.
Still I think there's a model exporter for re5 not certain though.
there was a program made called mod to .obj that converts .mod files into .objs there was also a .arc extractor released that is required to extract said files, look on xentax forums they have the tools.

I'll give that a try, even though I have Windows 7 64-bit. It's worth a shot I guess, thanks.
