As it says in the title, I am requesting someone who is good or even decent with skinning a model to make a skin for one of my own models. If the skin is good enough, I may just release the model to the public for use.

Here is the model that I am requesting to be skinned. It will most likely change since it is a continuous work in progress, but there you have it. There is my request.
So I take it no one is stepping up to take this particular request of mine on? Eh, so be it.
i would be able to Skin this, it would take me some time, but the results would be awesome. (By the way, That model needs to be smoothed)
