I've used search and nothing helpful came up. Can someone give me help to get on my way to start Skinning and Modeling.
First of all, you need a good painting program like Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0
And you need the VTF plugins for it.
To get the HL2 textures, download GCFScape.
That's what I have and it's working.
