Phong isn't for reflections, phong is for lighting. Reflections are done with specular.

Specular uses the cubemaps to reflect. Cubemaps are used in maps.
I was wondering it to, but I was to lazy to post a thread.
Can someone please write a few shaders with falloff specular and specular-based phong tint?
