Well I was thinking if they were because I'm thinking of releasing a Halo 3 ODST theme.

A background is a texture. Sure, it's a skin technically. Please don't release the theme.

Is it that bad? I mean it's my first theme and all but I seriously didn't think it was that bad.
If only the character was'nt colliding with the options on screen it would've had my download :p
It's not that, the problem is that the release section will then suddenly be flooded with "OMG CHECKOUT MAI AWSUM BAKGRUN"
