how to fix a model with gaps in ?

i ripped this using 3dvia and its left these gaps in how do i fix them ?

I'm not sure how to do so in Blender (as I've never used that program), but try looking for something along the lines of "Vertex Weld", and set it to a certain threshold that will sew the model together, but not any vertices that it shouldn't.
