It's pretty simple.
DODS guy with male_07 head + kliener glasses + Hl2 rebel vest + mysterious stranger hat.
The DL link for the mysterious stranger and his hat has been passworded due to certain people being jerks, but the seperate HL2 vest for easy hacking can be gotten [url=http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=732503&highlight=gear]here.[/url]
If you can't get your hands on the stranger, just the normal DODS helmet or the rebel beanie would work fine.
I'll mock it up in a screenshot in a few minutes.
