Need help porting models from Tron 2.0

As the title says, I need some help figuring out how to port models from Tron 2.0.

I've already got all the stuff I need extracted, I just have no idea how to port them.

Any ideas on where I should start? Hell, if you can put me in contact with the guy who ported those, it'd be great.
