since we all probably have a love ALIEN SWARM! can a talented modeler/coder export/import player models and weapons and tools into gmod or hl2

Incorrect. It is the same scale as source so no quality is lost.
I viewed it in model viewer and I can definitely say this beats the hl2 weapons
